Our well known Chef Manuel Garcia was born in the Vasc Country. He has superior studies in gastronomy by Burlada Institute in Pamplona, Spain. He received instructions from Martin Berasategui and Jose Maria Arzak, both of them, worldly first class Chefs. Other specialties such as desserts has given to him a great status in his career. His job experience has been quite rich because of the different posts he has gone through. At the beginning he was assistant in the main cuisine followed by sub chef, operation manager and finally as executive Chef in our Hotel.
It is very interesting to know that our Chef is really concern about healthy cooking and also in a specific menu for kids. Quality and outstanding flavors make his cuisine an unforgetable experience.
